Services
Sholl Media Group provides a range of creative services, including but not limited to content creation, digital marketing, business consulting, and special projects. The specific details and scope of services will be agreed upon in writing between Sholl Media Group and the client.
Payment
Payment terms and fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client. Sholl Media Group reserves the right to request partial or full payment upfront, and payment is due within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the creative work produced by Sholl Media Group remain the property of the agency unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes.
Confidentiality
Both Sholl Media Group and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, client data, and project details.
Limitation of Liability
Sholl Media Group will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if there is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or obligations will remain due and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
